Start at The Millstream pub.

Walk towards the centre of the village and turn left along the footpath, just past the village hall.

At the end of this wooded footpath (approx 250 yards) go through kissing gate and keep right over field crossing one style, until you reach another kissing gate (approx 1000 yds).

Go down and cross the stream into the Water meadows (approx 100yds) and continue straight ahead over a style and direction towards Wilsford.

Keep straight across the next field (approx 250 yds) and please ensure the footpath is adhered to as Mr Noble (one of our lovely farmers) tries to keep the headlands for conservation of wildlife. You will go up a small embankment and back down it and be able to see Wilsford about 1/2 a mile ahead of you.

Cross 2 fields (first one at 45 degs) and go over another style, and arrive at Wilsford - try and see the Alton Barnes White Horse ahead in the distance.

Turn right onto the main road and (if you had pudding too then here you might wish to add a further 30 mins and walk through the water meadows in Wilsford and towards Bottlesford as well!!)

Go past Wilsford Manor (on your Right Hand side) - stay on road for approx 3/4 mile and at the end of the Manor grounds you will see a bridleway on the right. Turn right here and walk for approx 900 yds to the end of the bridleway.

Go right and immediately straight on to the next bridleway.

Walk for approx 1 and half miles along this bridleway and you will pass the MCC (Marden Cricket Club) at the end of the 2nd bridleway as you approach the main road.

Turn right and walk back towards Marden and the centre of the village, to where you have started.
