Marden Horse and Dog Show 2025
Join us for a fantastic day out in the countryside at the Marden Village Horse and Dog Show in aid of All Saints Church, Marden. By kind permission of Nick Taylor and family.
This much-loved local horse show brings together the best of our local equestrian and canine talent for a celebration of friendly competitive fun.
Showing, jumping and dressage classes for all ages and abilities include best turned out, first ridden, lead rein, relay and junior to novice jumping, clear round jumping and dressage. And to round off the day, a fun gymkhana!
Dog classes include best puppy, golden oldie, waggiest tail and fancy dress.
A BBQ, home made cakes and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Entry details:
Pre-booking for dressage, otherwise entry on the day.
£2 per competitor to cover event insurance.

Rules of Entry:

No Entries accepted without full payment.

Hard hats to be a recognised standard and to be worn when mounted.

The Judge's decision is Final.

Cantering outside of the ring is not allowed, except in the designated warm-up area

All dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.

Age as on date of Show.

All competitors must wear a number which will be given on payment of a £2.00 donation towards Event Insurance Cover.

Neither the Marden Village Horse and Dog Show organising committee nor the landowners accept any liability for any accident, theft, injury to horse/pony, dog, rider, spectator, or any person whatsoever, or their property.
